Usage Tracking

The Usage page shows how much of each plan-limited resource your organization is consuming. Each resource has a progress bar with color-coded status so you can tell at a glance whether you are within limits or approaching a cap.

Each usage bar is colored based on the percentage consumed:

Every AI operation is logged with its type, timestamp, and credit cost. The four operation types are:

• Write: AI-generated text content for fields, descriptions, or quiz questions.
• Plan: AI-assisted form or quiz structure planning.
• Bypass: AI-powered logic bypass or conditional rule generation.
• Generate: Bulk content generation (e.g. generating multiple quiz questions at once).

Last 30 days

Each resource card displays a status badge reflecting its current usage level:

• Healthy: Usage is below 70% of the plan limit.
• Approaching: Usage is between 70% and 90%. Consider upgrading soon.
• At capacity: Usage is at or above 90%. New content or submissions may be blocked.

Usage counters for submissions and AI credits reset on the first day of each calendar month at 00:00 UTC. The next reset date is displayed at the top of the Usage page.

Content counts (forms, quizzes, games) and member seats do not reset. They reflect the current state of your organization and are only reduced by deleting content or removing members.
