Analytics Dashboard
Org-wide analytics covering submissions, content distribution, publish status, and top-performing items.
Overview
The Analytics Dashboard provides an at-a-glance view of activity across your entire organization. It aggregates data from all forms, quizzes, and games into a single page so you can monitor engagement without drilling into individual items.
Access it from the sidebar under Analytics. The dashboard is read-only and updates in real time as new submissions arrive.

Four stat cards appear at the top of the dashboard:

- Content: Total number of forms, quizzes, and games in the organization.
- Published: Items currently in the
publishedstatus. - Drafts: Items in
draftorarchivedstatus. - Submissions: Total submissions received across all content, all time.
Submissions Over Time
A line chart showing submission volume over a selectable time range. Use the toggle at the top of the chart to switch between:
Each data point represents the total submissions received on that day across all published content. Hovering over a point shows the exact count and date.
Content Distribution
A pie chart breaking down your content by type. Each slice represents the count of that content type relative to the total.
Publish Status
A pie chart showing the proportion of published versus draft content. This helps you quickly see how much of your content is live.

Submissions by Type
A bar chart comparing total submissions grouped by content type. This shows which type of content drives the most engagement.
Top 10 Items by Submissions
A ranked list of your top 10 content items by submission count. Each row shows the item name, type, and total submissions, with a usage bar indicating relative volume.

A list of the most recently created or updated content items. Each entry shows the item name, type, status badge, and last modified timestamp. Click any item to open its editor.
Usage Bars
Compact progress bars next to each summary stat and content type showing relative usage. Bars are normalized to the highest value in their group, making it easy to spot outliers at a glance.
