Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference on your next invoice.
What happens when I hit a limit?
Nothing breaks. Existing content keeps working and submissions keep coming in. You just cannot create new items of that type until you upgrade or free up space.
Do you offer refunds?
Yearly plans are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
KHQR through Bakong, international card payments, and bank transfer. Enterprise customers can be invoiced.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card, no trial countdown. It stays free as long as you stay inside the free plan limits.
What are AI credits?
Credits are consumed when the AI generates or improves content. They reset every week and unused credits do not roll over.
